The T-BCUT is a set of 2 blades for the T-CUTTER tool. If you are planning to cut a lot of pipes with the T-CUTTER, you will have to change the blade from time to time. Those black blades are made from metal. They will get through the plastic coating and the pipe pretty easily and will also work with stainless steel pipe.
