The Staggered Roller Track – 3″ x 96″ ESD Steel Frame is designed to enhance carton flow in various applications, such as flow racks and carton flow systems. This triple-staggered roller track is ideal for bins, boxes, or products that require smoother, more efficient rolling, especially cardboard boxes that often face rolling resistance.
The staggered design ensures that boxes are always in contact with the rollers, reducing jams and enhancing flow reliability. With 32 mm wheels spaced 25 mm center-to-center, the track provides a seamless flow bed for better load distribution. The 96-inch-long steel track features ESD polyethylene skate rollers, offering electric conductivity for static-sensitive environments.
Easily customizable to your design, the track can be cut between wheels, and it is compatible with all R85-series mounting accessories. This track is perfect for improving carton flow, especially when smooth, continuous movement is essential.
